COVID UPDATE 

We are currently still trading as normal whilst following current government guidelines.  All product estimated dispatch times currently remain unaffected. Product estimated dispatch times can be found at the bottom of the description on the product pages.

Unfortunately our phone lines are currently unavailable to allow us to concentrate on dispatching orders.  We can still be contacted via email or on our website chat function, if you have any questions.

UPDATE 19/04/21

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Unfortunately due to the large amount of issues we have encountered with international shipments surrounding customs delays and charges since Brexit.  We have taken the decision to temporarily remove International shipping from all products.

We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to have this option re-instated over the coming months once we are 100% confident our international shipping times and costs are fully transparent and accurate.

 EASTER DELIVERIES & BANK HOLIDAY HOURS

 We have a number of Easter products available for same dispatch (if ordered before 12:30pm on the Royal Mail 24HR delivery service, these can be found here).

All other product estimated dispatch times still apply (estimated dispatch times can be found at the bottom of each product description).

UK DELIVERIES

The Majority of Royal Mail deliveries are back to normal, however some areas/sorting offices may still be impacted by COVID-19 so please allow a few extra days for deliveries.

EUROPEAN DELIVERIES

Some deliveries into Europe are experiencing delays due to Brexit related issues and impact of COVID-19. We have temporarily removed European shipping options on a number of products, we are hoping to have this reinstated in the near future.  

UPS are experiencing severe delays.
